Sardar Chemical Industries Limited introduces itself as one of the foremost Azo-free dyestuffs manufacturing companies in Pakistan. The quality of our dyestuffs strictly conforms to International Standards and they are being successfully used in native Tanneries for dyeing leather manufactured for local as well as export purposes, and in dyeing for textiles.
These dyes are also being exported to Bangladesh and have met the full approval of buyers both in Pakistan and Bangladesh. Tanneries and textile units in the country, who are engaged in the export of materials, consistently use our dyestuffs to the entire satisfaction of their local and foreign customers.
Our Company was established in 1989 as a Private Company and went into production on 1st January 1993. The Company was floated on the Stock Exchanges in Pakistan in October 1994.
Sardar Chemical Industries Limited is involved in the manufacture of various classes of dyestuffs — Acid Dyes, Direct Dyes, Reactive Dyes, and Optical Brighteners — for the Textile Industry.
Our Journey
Company incorporated as a Private Company on 3rd October 1989. Factory established at Gadoon Amazai Industrial Estate, Topi, Swabi.
Commenced full-scale commercial production on 1st January 1993.
Floated on the Stock Exchanges of Pakistan in October 1994 (PSX ticker: SARC).
Expanded product range to include Reactive Dyes and Optical Brighteners. International exports began to Bangladesh.
Achieved record net sales of Rs. 533.86 million (FY 2025) — a 6% increase year-on-year. EPS Rs. 7.60.
Recognised as one of Pakistan's foremost Azo-free dyestuff manufacturers. Serving textile mills and tanneries across Pakistan and internationally.
